- Raspberries - Blueberries - Ground Nutmeg - Coconut Milk or Almond Milk - Spoonful of Coconut Yogurt - 1 Cup of Oats
The night before breakfast, place oats in a bowl and add enough milk so the oats are barely submerged. Compact with a spoon. Leave in the refrigerator over night. A half hour before eating, take the oats out of the fridge and stir. Let it sit at room temperature for a half hour. Stir the oats again. Add a dollop of coconut yogurt. Add your blueberries, raspberries and garnish with ground nutmeg!
