1 baked potato 1 avocado 4 hard boiled eggs Organic black pepper Sea salt Extra virgin olive oil Basil
Dice a baked potato and place in a heated pan on medium heat with extra virgin olive oil, sea salt, and black pepper. Cook for about 4 minutes or until the potatoes are crispy. Put some black pepper, sea salt, and basil on an empty plate. Add to the plate 2 hard boiled eggs and crush them with a fork a few times. Add diced avocado. Add the remaining two crushed hard boiled eggs. Remove from the stove and pour the potatoes over the dish as well as the oil from the pan. Add a bit more sea salt, black pepper, and basil. Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
