1 cup of gluten free old fashioned oats 3/4 cup of water (or enough to submerge the oats) 4 teaspoons of organic ground ginger 4 teaspoons of organic ground nutmeg 1 medium sized organic peach 1/4 cup of organic blueberries 1/8 cup of raw peanuts 2 tablespoons of raw coconut yogurt
Pour oats into a bowl. Add ginger and nutmeg. Stir. Add water and let it sit for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, stir the oats to reanimate. Add yogurt evenly across the surface of the oats. Top with diced peach, blueberries and peanuts. Garnish with more ginger and nutmeg.
