Ingredients
- 4 hard boiled eggs
- 1 avocado
- 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 tsp of powdered mustard
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Directions
Bring a small pot to a roaring boil and place eggs in [after the water boils] for 9 to 10 minutes. Once your eggs are done, run them under cold water and let them sit for 5 minutes. Grab a bowl, add the whole avocado and mash it up with a fork or potato masher. Now peel your eggs and either run them through an egg slicer twice -- once vertically and horizontally -- or use a knife to dice them up. Add the eggs to the bowl along with the mustard, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
