Ingredients
- 1/2 of a romaine heart (chopped)
- 6 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 medium carrot (grated)
- 1/4 of a cucumber (innards removed and sliced)
- 1/2 of a celery stalk (sliced)
- 1/2 of an avocado (mashed)
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning
- 1/2 a lemon's juice
Directions
Add your chopped romaine to a bowl, and top it with tomatoes, carrot, cucumber, celery, and avocado. Then add sea salt, black pepper, a splash of extra virgin olive oil, and some lemon juice with a bit of lemon zest. Mix when ready and enjoy!
