Ingredients
- 35-40 brussel sprouts
- 8 cloves of garlic minced
- Sea salt
- Black Pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Use brussel sprouts on a stalk for the better flavor. Remove sprouts from the stalk, slice the bottoms off, slice in half, and place them in a pot with salt, pepper, and olive oil. Place them on the stove over medium-high heat (No. 7) and set your clock for 1 hour. For the next 10 minutes stir the sprouts nearly every minute so that they don't burn, and then reduce the heat to medium-low (No. 2) and place a lid on the pot. Stir the sprouts occasionally. When you have 5 -10 minutes left on the clock, add your garlic and stir. When the timer goes off, remove from stove and correct seasoning.
