- 12 organic and free range chicken wings
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and a little olive oil on top. With each wing, remove the tip and then cut it in half. Place the wings on a baking pan and drizzle a little olive oil over each wing, then season each one with sea salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Bake the wings for roughly 50 to 55 minutes. For 18 wings, bake for roughly 1 hour to 1 hour and 5 minutes.
