Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of oat bran
- 1/2 cup of coconut milk
- Sea salt
- Black pepper (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). While the oven is heating up, in a 5'' x 9'' (14 x 23 cm) Pyrex, add the oat bran, sea salt, black pepper, and mix. Once mixed, add in the coconut milk and mix with a spoon until it has self-leveled. When the oven is ready, place it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, depending on how crispy you like the edges. Once it's done baking, remove from the oven and let it sit for 10 minutes to give the bread more integrity.
