Ingredients
- 2 young coconuts
- 1 lemon
- 1 probiotic capsule
Directions
Scrape the meat out of the 2 young coconuts and place it in a blender. Add the juice of the lemon to the blender. Blend the coconut and the lemon juice (add coconut water for thinner yogurt). Manually (with a spoon) stir the probiotic into the blend. Scoop the blend into a bowl that allows for expansion. Let the bowl sit for 7-10 hours at room temperature to allow the probiotics to multiply and ferment the yogurt.
