Ingredients
- 3-4 large kale stalks
- 1 avocado
- 1 clove of garlic
- 4-5 fresh basil leaves
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Extra virgin olive oil
Directions
Remove the stem from your kale stalks and chops the kale into bite sized pieces. Steam the kale for 2 minutes. Grab a mixing bowl and add the meat of the avocado to the bowl. Use a potato masher to completely mash the avocado. Chop your basil leaves and add them to the bowl. Use a garlic press and add your garlic to the bowl. Once your kale is done, add it to the bowl along with salt, black pepper, and a quick splash of olive oil. Use a spoon to mix everything together. Correct seasoning if need be.
