- 1 pound of 80% grass fed ground beef
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning (optional)
- Fresh basil (optional)
Directions
Heat a pan on the stove to medium-high heat (No. 7). Once the pan sizzle when a drop of water is added, add the ground beef and break it up into chunks. Add sea salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Continue to stir and break the ground beef up until no red can be seen. Add a lid to the pan, reduce the heat to the lowest setting (No. 1), and set a timer for 10 minutes. When the 10 minutes are up, remove the ground beef from the stove, remove the lid, and let is sit for another 10 minutes. Enjoy!
