Ingredients
- 1 cup of oat bran
- 1 cup of coconut milk
- 1 medium carrot (shredded)
- 1/2 a lemon's zest
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
Directions
​Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and line baking tray with aluminum foil. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and use a spoon to add 6 or 7 dollops onto the baking tray. Place in the oven for 30 minutes, remove and let it sit for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt and enjoy!
