Ingredients
- 2 1/2 Cups of Gluten Free Oat Flour (Simply grind up gluten free oats in blender until a powdered consistency)
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 Cup of Unsweetened Almond or Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 6 tbsp of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/8 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 tsp Oregano
- 1/2 tsp Marjoram
- 1/8 tsp of Herbes De Provence
Directions
Place all of these ingredients into a large mixing bowl and mix them with a whisk. You want a consistency where the mixture will slide from the bowl on its own when turned upside down. Place the mixture into a 10 inch bread pan that has been greased conservatively with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Level out the mixture in the pan and finish by sprinkling some Rosemary or Herbes De Provence on the top. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and bake the mixture for roughly 35-40 minutes.
Additional information
- Since there is no yeast in this recipe, the mixture will not rise. The level the bread pan is filled to is the height the bread will be when it is baked.
- Make sure that your oats are gluten free. Oats don't actually contain gluten but some companies use the same machinery for their oats as they do for their gluten containing products.
