- 1 firm plum tomato
- 1 ripe avocado
- Salt
- Pepper
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 fresh basil leaves diced
- Italian seasoning
Directions
Take your avocado, dice it, and scoop into a bowl. Mash it with a fork. Add salt, pepper, olive oil, fresh basil, and Italian seasoning. Mix with a spoon and correct seasoning if need be.
Take your plum tomato and slice it into about 5 or 6 slices. Add an avocado dollop to each one and garnish with more Italian seasoning.
