Ingredients
- 2 slices of coconut oat bran bread
- 1 4 oz. pack of sardines in sea salt
- 1/2 of an avocado
- 3 cherry tomatoes (sliced)
- 1 small carrot (grated)
- 1/4 of an artichoke
- 1 romaine leaf
- 1 lemon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Sea salt
- Black pepper
- Italian seasoning
Directions
Mash the avocado in a bowl, then add the sardines and mash them as well. Add in sea salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste. Spread mixture on 1 piece of coconut oat bran bread, add tomatoes, carrot, artichokes, sea salt, black pepper, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, Italian seasoning, and a little bit of lemon. Break the romaine leaf up and add it on top, along with the remaining slice of coconut oat bread bread. Enjoy!
